- —1 large pineapple (puréed)
- —¼ cup fresh lime juice
- —5-6 large basil leaves
- —6 oz Veleiro Blanco
- —Club soda
- —Granulated sugar

Pineapple-Basil Rum Fizz
Preparation
Purée peeled pineapple chunks until smooth; chill. Blend lime juice and basil until incorporated. Combine pineapple purée, basil-lime mixture, and rum. Pour into ice-filled glasses, top with club soda.
