Ingredients
- —½ cup finely chopped pineapple
- —10 mint leaves
- —2 tsp sugar
- —4 oz Veleiro Blanco
- —Juice from ½ lime
- —Club soda

Pineapple Mojito
Preparation
Muddle pineapple, mint, and sugar. Add rum, lime juice, and ice; shake. Strain into ice-filled glasses, top with soda. Garnish with mint and pineapple.
