Ingredients
  • 30 large fresh mint leaves
  • 4 thick slices fresh watermelon
  • 10 oz rum
  • ½ cup simple syrup
  • ⅓ cup fresh lime juice

Preparation

Mash mint with mortar and pestle. Blend watermelon, rum, simple syrup, and lime juice until smooth. Stir mashed mint into mixture. Pour into ice-filled glasses; garnish with mint and watermelon.
